| Well, I guess I've been pretty busy since I last posted which was right before Ship. I've been working almost every day. Last week my mom, sister, and I went to the beach for a couple days. It was nice. Last Friday and Saturday Brother Mark Giordano gave talks. On Friday, he talked about the importance of baptism to the Cranston CYC and Saturday he gave a study day at the Worcester ecclesia. He brought up some really good points such as how the rain that destroyed all the people in Noah's time, also saved Noah and his family by holding the ark on the surface. The water was a symbol of Christ. The ocean did the same by destroying the Egyptians, when at the same time it saved Moses and the Children of Israel. To me, all I could think of was El Shaddai, because it can mean "Mighty Nourisher" and "Mighty Destroyer" at the same time. Christ will ultimately destroy the wicked and save the righteous. I thought that was really cool. It was also really nice to meet brother Mark and his wife. They are very nice people. It's mid night, and I have to get up early tommorow, so I'm going to go to bed now. I'll post another entry soon since this is only my second one. God Bless! | | |
| So I just got back from Shippensburg Bible School last night. It was great. The classes for the most part were awesome. My favorite was the class about creation. I never knew how deep it went. The only thing I didn't like was the food, but I don't think anyone did. I'm already counting down for next year! | | |
